Having your own small business has its perks, especially if you are the sole employee. This is, at present, by choice. I enjoy working at my own pace of innovation. What can I say? I’m stubborn.
This, of course, has its occupational hazards. In this specific case, on this specific day, it would be attempting to keep a day of, as a day off.
When you’re an artist, it is essential to take relaxing days off doing something new, relaxing, and rejuvenating.
But when your off day looks heavenly, how can an artist resist the artistic temptation of passionate creation?
Of course, I happen to have one of my creations on hand. My original Sorbonne convertible bag design, paired with my actual things, came together appearing orchestrated, yet completely unplanned.
Unplanned just like the above image taken by Gabriel of the wind on my white sheet turned backdrop.
You never know where or when your next creation will appear. You just have to stay open and let the channel have its flow.
It’s a lot like love.
“Until you spread your wings, you never know how far you can walk.”
Or, one of those demotivation poster art quotes.
